The 3 P’s

The 3 P’s of success are: People, Product, Process!

People

Our students, parents, staff and taxpayers are the people we serve. Every decision must be made for this group of people.

Product

A secure and accountable learning environment fostering quality education.

Process

Working hand in hand with fellow School Board members, Admin, students, parents, staff and taxpayers in a productive, inclusive and collaborative mindset.

Skin in the game

With two young boys attending JPS, Chris has knows that todays decisions have multi-generational impacts.

I made a personal commitment to myself that I would only lead with empathy, compassion, collaboration, inclusivity, and efficiency. What does this entail? It means fostering an environment where everyone can unite towards the shared objective of effecting meaningful change at JPS for generations to come. When my campaign began, that became my commitment to you as well.
